Ben is a 2008 graduate of Augustana College.  He completed two majors, Religion and Interdepartmental.  The Interdepartmental major allowed him to further pursue his interests in both English and Philosophy.  Ben was a member of the Augustana Band, Brass Choir, and Northlanders Jazz Band.  In pursuit of a greater understanding of the world, he studied in China, Italy, Austria, and Greece.

After graduation, Ben spent four months in Costa Rica volunteering at an orphanage.  He is happy to be home in Sioux Falls and at Augustana (we hope he'll stay for a while), and he has a renewed appreciation for Commons dining.  In his free time, he can be found playing: intramurals, golf, video games, and in the Augustana Community Band.  He has also been providing Sunday morning sermons on occasion as he ponders seminary in his future.

Kaari graduated from Augustana in 2009 with a business administration major, marketing emphasis, and a minor in communication studies.  Kaari is a native of Henning, MN.

Kaari loves to spend time at the lake, not uncommon for a Minnesotan.  A standout golfer for the Augustana Vikings, she likes to stay in the swing and gets to a course as often as possible.  Kaari has become well known by many retail associates in Sioux Falls, especially those at TJ Maxx.  We are grateful for the stimulus she so generously provides to the Sioux Falls economy.  Other loves are spending time with her family, watching comedies, and dogs.  Among her favorites are chocolate (a perfect fit for our team), wild game, and beef.  You can imagine Kaari's excitement about her territory, which includes great shopping, lots of wildlife, and ranching.
