Business Experience: Prior to joining the faculty at Augustana College, Professor Marsh worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Sioux Falls for five years. She also spent nine years in the banking industry, working in a variety of lending and management roles.
Memorable classroom moment: My favorite moments are those in which I see students become engaged and passionate about a topic we are discussing, as then I know that I’ve made a difference!
Interests: I am fascinated by the workings of our financial markets and continuously monitor them. Additionally, I believe that it is our responsibility to serve others, so I enjoy serving in a number of volunteer roles at organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Feeding South Dakota, Sioux Falls Catholic Schools, and our church.
Advice for business students: A good attitude will open many doors.
