Opening of Kirkeby-Over Stadium
Engulfed in a party-like atmosphere, Augustana football triumphantly returned to campus on September 5, 2009. Playing before a partisan and sun-drenched crowd of 6,067 at Kirkeby-Over Stadium, Augustana defeated Emporia State University 32-21. It was the first collegiate football game played on campus since 1956.

Congratulations to members of the Class of 2009! On Sunday, May 24, Augustana College held its 149th commencement ceremony. This year, 326 students received diplomas at the Sioux Falls Arena.
