Augustana is committed to an environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of each individual. The Student Health and Counseling Services office is located in the southwest part of Solberg Hall.

In addition to providing Health Services and Counseling Services, the office maintains resources on wellness-related topics such as general health, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, eating disorders, and more.

• Health Services — Sanford Clinic Family Medicine is Augustana’s health service provider. Services include routine diagnosis and treatment of illness, immunizations, travel consultation and limited diagnostic testing.
• Counseling Services — College counselors are associated with Sioux Falls Psychological Services, a multi-disciplinary staff of more than a dozen mental health professionals.
• Helpline — Providing confidential assistance to Augustana students.
