Confidential Reporting

This option is available for students wanting confidentiality as they talk through details of an incident. These resources will maintain confidentiality except in extreme cases of immediate threat or danger. These campus employees will submit anonymous statistical information for Clery Act purposes only.

Formal Reporting

Those seeking to file a formal report are encouraged to speak with a University faculty or staff member, the University's Title IX Coordinator or the Director of Campus Safety. The University has defined all faculty and staff members as formal reporters. Augustana University will act on any formal or informal grievance that is received by a formal reporter. The University will implement initial remedial and responsive actions upon receipt of a formal complaint.
