Exhibit Explores the 'Balancing Act of Life on the Line'

The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery at Augustana University will feature an exhibit by Los Angeles-based artist Len Davis

Los Angeles-based artist Len Davis will open the 2016-17 gallery season for Augustana University’s Eide/Dalrymple Gallery. The exhibit, "LifeLine," will feature three separate artwork series designed to "explore the balancing act of life on the line." The exhibit runs from Wednesday, Sept. 7 through Saturday, Oct. 8. A gallery reception featuring an artist's gallery talk will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9 (artist's talk to begin at 7:30 p.m.).

Dr. John Pennington, professor of music and percussion instructor at Augustana, and Dr. Aaron Ragsdale, assistant professor of percussion and assistant director of bands at South Dakota State University, will present a percussion recital at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, in Kresge Recital Hall.
