SIOUX FALLS – Sunday, November 1, is a day Augustana College has set aside for the women of the community.

Morning activities include worship, food, and fun. The musical comedy “Church Basement Ladies” will be staged in the afternoon and features Bill Christopher, who played Father Mulcahy in the hit television series M*A*S*H.

Worship begins at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Reconciliation on the Augustana campus. Dr. Ann Pederson, Professor of Religion and interim Campus Pastor, will preside. Special music for the service will be provided by musicians from the College.

An authentic “church ladies” luncheon will be served in the Morrison Commons at noon. Food, fellowship, and other activities will conform to the day’s theme.

The performance of “Church Basement Ladies” begins at 2:00 p.m. in the Washington Pavilion’s Belbas Theatre. Those traveling in a car pool will have reserved parking near the theatre.

THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT.  We have had a great response for this event and tickets are now sold out.  If you would still like to attend the show only, please contact the Washington Pavilion Box Office.
