'Sonic Possibilities' to Feature Los Angeles-Based Percussionists

Los Angeles percussion masters Brad Dutz and Chris Wabich will perform “Sonic Possibilities for Two Percussionists” at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, in Kresge Recital Hall. The concert is free and open to the public.

Dutz and Wabich have more than four decades of musical performance experience combined. Dutz attended the University of North Texas, has recorded 10 solo albums and has collaborated with many mainstream artists within the industry. His work has also been featured in TV shows such as Family Guy, Rugrats and Transformers.

Wabich has three degrees in music and has worked with Jazz legend Jeff Hamilton. He has also recorded with artists such as Ludacris and Alex Acuna and has worked on TV shows such as American Idol and Malcolm in the Middle.

The concert is free and open to the public. No advance reservations will be taken.
