April 5-6: ACTS Presents "A Nightmare on Student Street"

The Augustana College Theatrical Society (ACTS) will present its spring 2013 show, "A Nightmare on Student Street," Friday and Saturday, April 5-6, with two showings each night, at 7:30 and 9 p.m. in the Mary Harum Hart Acting Studio at the Edith Mortenson Center. Admission is free. The show is recommended for mature audiences.

"A Nightmare on Student Street" will feature five horror-themed short plays written by members of The Playwright Collective. They include:

  • "Lost in the Mail," written by Spencer Hopewell and Jayna Fitzsimmons, and directed by Spencer Hopewell
  • "The Pi Slayer," written and directed by Zack Truelson
  • "A Trip to the Middle of Nowhere," written by Megan McDonald and directed by Jacob Miller
  • "Games," written by Katelynn Kenney and directed by Jenna Hyde
  • "The Grill," written by Katelynn Kenney, Jeffrey Larsen and Matthew Stoffel, and directed by Jeffrey Larsen.
