Rendezvous Presentation on China

Students present on their various home countries at 3 p.m. on Fridays as part of the Rendezvous Program. The events, which are hosted by the International Program Office and Augustana International Club, are free and open to the public.

Froemke Lecture to Feature Dr. Mark Viste

The John A. Froemke Chemistry Lecture Series presents "After Augie: Adventures in Graduate School, Industry and Beyond" with Dr. Mark Viste ’92 at 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, in the Gilbert Science Center. A reception will be held beginning at 3:30 in the Pendulum Lounge. The reception and lecture are free and open to the public.

Sonia Kovalevsky Day features a program of hands-on workshops and talks for junior high and high school girls and their teachers. The purpose of the day is to encourage young women to continue their study of mathematics and to assist the teachers of women mathematics students.
