Sept. 25: Panel Discussion: "Faith and Skepticism in the 21st Century"
Dr. Joel Johnson, associate professor of Government and International Affairs and the Stanley L. Olsen Chair of Moral Values, will be holding a roundtable discussion on the topic “Faith and Skepticism in the 21st Century” at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25, in the Siverson Lounge. The event is free and open to the public.
Participants of the discussion will include:
- Dr. Richard Swanson, professor of religion at Augustana College
- Amanda Novotny, president of Siouxland Freethinkers
- Dr. Christina Hitchcock, associate professor of practical theology at the University of Sioux Falls
- Eric Novotny, coordinator of South Dakota Coalition of Reason (SDCoR)
