According to the United States Constitution, what does it mean to be a citizen? Furthermore, what does the current political debate about birthright citizenship mean for the future of American politics?
Dr. Schotten will explore these themes in a brief Constitution Day lecture set for 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, in the Madsen Center, room 201.
