Seven Generations: Mending the Hoop opened Tuesday, June 4 and runs through Friday, Sept. 6 at The Center's Fantle Building. A reception was held 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
Art majors at Augustana University will present recent works from Augustana art classes in this juried exhibition through August 30. A closing reception is set for 7-9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 30, in Augustana's Eide/Dalrymple Gallery.
Augustana is hosting a traveling exhibit from the National Library of Medicine (NLM) titled "A Century of Citizen Action in Health Care Reform." This exhibition is sponsored by Health Connect of South Dakota.
The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery will feature Sioux Falls artist Jenny Bye: An Encaustic Connection.
Students present on their various home countries (usually) at 4 p.m. on Fridays as part of the Rendezvous Program. The events, which are hosted by the International Program Office and Augustana International Club, are free and open to the public.
Monthly lectures and demonstrations from current professionals in various STEM (science, engineering, technology and math) fields will be hosted at Augustana from September through April.
Augustana Campus Ministry will be hosting Bishop Munib Younan Wednesday, Sept. 18, through Tuesday, Sept. 24.
