'A Streetcar Named Desire' to Arrive at Augustana Feb. 24

Tennessee Williams’ award-winning play deals with the culture clash between a fading relic of the Old South and a rising member of the industrial working class. The play runs Feb. 24-26 and March 3-5 at the Edith Mortenson Center Theatre.

'Heritage and Hope' Series to Pair Emeriti, Junior Faculty

A first-of-its-kind program, the series will feature reflections on interviews with iconic figures of Augustana's past, including Dr. Art Olsen, Bob Aldern, Dr. Lyn Oyos and Dr. Harry Krueger, conducted by today's faculty.

Augustana to Go Red for Heart Health Awareness

To support heart health awareness and in recognition of American Heart Month, Augustana is proclaiming Friday, Feb. 4, as Wear Red Day. Throughout February, the College will promote heart health and educate faculty, staff and students about cardiovascular diseases.

Spring Classes Delayed Due to Weather Conditions

Due to weather conditions, the start of spring semester classes will be delayed by one day. College classes were to start on Wednesday, Feb. 2, but will now start on Thursday, Feb. 3.
