Foster and Graber elected Viking Days King and Queen

SIOUX FALLS – Augustana students elected David Foster and Kayla Graber to reign as King and Queen of Viking Days 2009. Coronation ceremonies were held Monday night in the Elmen Center.

Foster is a senior from Hot Springs, AR. He is majoring in Exercise Science/Fitness Management and is active in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), basketball, baseball, and Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU). He is the son of Nancy and Brent Foster.

Graber is a senior from Hurley, SD. She is majoring in Biology and serves as a biology lab assistant. She is a New Student Orientation (NSO) leader and is active in the Augustana Student Association (ASA). She is the daughter of Linda and Calvin Graber.

Viking Days activities are underway on Augustana’s campus. Weekend highlights include the homecoming parade, football game, Viking Varieties, and class reunions. For a complete schedule of activities go to www.augielink.com.
