Augustana Basketball Featured on WCCO-TV in Minneapolis

Augustana men's basketball standout Cody Schilling and the Viking basketball team were featured on Lifetouch Media's "Life to the Max" on Saturday, February 27, on WCCO-TV (Channel 4) in Minneapolis.

The first segment, entitled "Cody Country," was filmed at Schilling's family farm in Ellsworth, MN, as well as in the Ellsworth High School gym and at Augustana. Schilling is the all-time scoring leader in Minnesota high school basketball history and graduated from the state's smallest high school.

The second segement "Land of the Vikings" takes an intimate look at the men's basketball program and their head coach, Tom Billeter. It includes footage from the Vikings' victory over visiting Southwest Minnesota State in January. Billeter, who was miked during the game, gives viewers an up-close and personal view of game day at Augustana.
