Tour de Kota “Team Augustana” bike jerseys are now available for purchase in the Scheduling and Conference Office, located inside the Edith Mortenson Center. Cost is $59.95.

The Argus Leader Tour de Kota, one of the region’s largest cross-country bike tours, begins on Sunday, June 5, and runs through Friday, June 10. From Augustana, riders will head north to Brookings, one of more than 30 small towns and cities in South Dakota on the Tour. The Tour has an average of 800 participants who will ride at least one day of the week.

Augustana will host the official check-in and kick-off festivities from 3 - 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 4.

• Registration will be held in Augustana’s Morrison Commons.
• A “Send-off Celebration” will run concurrently on Augustana’s “Campus Green” and will feature live music by the Sioux Falls Big Band, food, bike races, inflatables for kids and other activities.
