Theatre Season Opens With 'A Lie of the Mind' Sept. 21

Hailed as Sam Shepard’s richest and most penetrating play and directed by Augustana's own Jayna Fitzsimmons, "A Lie of the Mind" is set in an isolated cabin in rural Montana and explores the disturbing and dangerous tensions that separate two families.

Werner Named Director of Augustana Institutional Research

Darla Werner, class of 1977, has been named Director of Institutional Research. In her new role, Werner will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, reporting and using internal and external data to inform and support institutional decision-making and strategic planning.
