Augustana alumna Kimberly (Becker) Dobson '90, a Structured Teach Program teacher at Horace Mann Elementary School in Sioux Falls, was named the 2018 Dr. John W. Harris Teacher of the Year.

Giving Day 2018 breaks records

Giving Day, a 24-hour giving event held on Thursday, March 1, raised $155,891 through 386 gifts received from individuals in 39 states, as well as Canada and Germany — surpassing last year’s Giving Day total and setting a new record for the largest number of gifts ever received by Augustana in a single day.
