	Mobility/Transitions Mobility Tools Congregations in Transition Pastors Moving Calls Extended Pastoral Openings Solo Congregations Multiple-Point Parishes Part-Time Positions Mobility Tools "Mobility" refers to the process by which rostered leaders -- ordained or lay -- move from one call to another in the ELCA.
