Q. Who can come to Faith Fest?
A. Faith Fest is for 6th-8th graders and their adult leaders. People from any denomination are welcome to attend.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. $50 per youth. Adult leaders attend free of charge. Registration fees cover two meals, activities, musicians and programmatic costs and one t-shirt.

Q. What is the deadline for registration?
A. Friday, Jan. 18. We appreciate your honoring the registration deadline.

Q. What’s the cancellation policy?
A. Anyone who cancels after January 18 will receive a 50% refund.

Q. What about adult leaders?
A.  We ask that at least one adult leader attend Faith Fest for every ten youth from your congregation. Adult leaders attend free of charge.

Q. I am a pastor/youth director. Can I register youth from my church?
A. We are asking that each parent register their own youth camper. They will need to enter in medical and insurance information, and sign and liability and code of conduct waiver.

Q. I am a pastor/youth leader who needs to pay for my youth. How do I do that on the registration form?
A. Whether you are attending Faith Fest or not, please fill out the online registration form. Check "No" to answer the question "I am registering more than one camper" (you are not registering them, simply paying for them). If you are not attending Faith Fest, enter the number of adults attending as 0 (If you or other adults ARE attending, then enter in that number). When you get to the payment portion of the registration, enter in the amount of money that will cover the youth form your church ($50 x the number of youth attending).

Q. Our church is covering the cost (or part of the cost) of our youth. How does that work?
A. Contact ann.rosendale@augie.edu to receive a code for you to give to your youth/parents that can be entered to discount their rate at the amount you would like to subsidize.

Q. I’m an adult leader and I’d really like a t-shirt, can I get one?
A. Yes. Adult t-shirts are $10 and you can pay when you register.

Q. Where do we sleep?
A. Youth and adult leaders will sleep on the floor of the Elmen Center (Augustana’s rec center/gymnasium). Come prepared with sleeping bag, pillow, air mattress, and a sense of adventure!

Q. Tell me about the off-campus service projects.
A. Each church will be assigned an off-campus service project somewhere in the Sioux Falls area. You will find out your service project when you arrive at Faith Fest. Congregations must provide transportation for their youth to and from off-campus service projects. Youth leaders should be sure that they have enough vehicles to transport youth on Saturday afternoon.
