Q. Who can come to Faith Fest?
A. Faith Fest is for 6th- to 8th-graders and their adult leaders. People from any denomination are welcome to attend.

 

Q. How much does it cost?
A. $50 per Middle School youth. Adult leaders attend free of charge. Registration fees cover two meals, activities, musicians and programmatic costs and one t-shirt.

 

Q. What is the deadline for registration?
A. Friday, Jan. 17. We appreciate your honoring the registration deadline.

 

Q. What’s the cancellation policy?
A. Anyone who cancels after January 17 will receive a 50% refund.

 

Q. What about adult leaders?
A.  We ask that at least one adult leader attend Faith Fest for every ten youth from your congregation. Adult leaders attend free of charge.

 

Q. I’m an adult leader and I’d really like a t-shirt, can I get one?
A. Yes. Adult t-shirts are $10 and you can pay when you register.

 

Q. Where do we sleep?
A. Youth and adult leaders will sleep on the floor of the Elmen Center (Augustana’s rec center/gymnasium). Come prepared with sleeping bag, pillow, air mattress, and a sense of adventure!

 

Q. Tell me about the off-campus service projects.
A. Each church will be assigned an off-campus service project somewhere in the Sioux Falls area. You will find out your service project when you arrive at Faith Fest. Congregations must provide transportation for their youth to and from off-campus service projects. Youth leaders should be sure that they have enough vehicles to transport youth on Saturday afternoon.
