Director of Student Conduct
Jeff serves as the Senior Associate Director of Campus Life and is responsible for leadership of the Residential Education team (Assistant Directors and Viking Advisors). Jeff has worked with residence life, student activities, orientation, and event management for the past 10 years at Augustana. Jeff holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from South Dakota State University.

Director of Student Engagement
Michelle serves as the Director of Student Engagement. Michelle is responsible for the leadership of the Student Engagement team and oversees Welcome Week and Viking Guides, Registered Student Organizations, leadership programming, and many other avenues of student engagement. Michelle holds a B.A. in English Writing and Mathematics from Morningside College and an M.A. in College Student Development with a concentration in Student Affairs from Appalachian State University.

Jenna serves as the Director of Housing Operations. Jenna earned her B.A. in Business Communication from Augustana University and her M.A. in Student Affairs Administration from Lewis & Clark College.

Assistant Director Team
The following members of the Campus Life team are professional staff who reside in each of our residential communities and serve as on-call emergency contacts for our campus community.
Kally serves as an Assistant Director of Student Engagement and works with Civic Engagement. Kally advises SALT and Viking Days; she is also the hall director for Stavig Hall. Kally received her B.A. in Communication and International Studies from the University of North Dakota and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership - Higher Education at Southern Methodist University.

Assistant Director of Student Engagement
Brent serves as an Assistant Director of Student Engagement and advises the Union Board of Governors (UBG); he is also the hall director for Bergsaker Hall. Brent also works with Viking Central and is a Strengths Coach. Brent Olinger is originally from Emery, SD and received his Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Political Science and Master of Arts in Educational Administration at the University of South Dakota.
