The South Dakota Opportunity Scholarship (SDOS) helps the most academically accomplished high school graduates receive an affordable education.
As a participating school, Augustana University matches three of the four years you can receive the SDOS. Students who enroll directly out of high school and maintain eligibility will receive $1,500 from the State of South Dakota, which will be matched by Augustana, totaling $3,000 per year. During the fourth year, the state awards $3,000 to eligible students.
