Biography 

Jenesis Rose Long, Ed.M., is the instructional designer for the Rydell School of Business, leading Augustana's online learning experience. She has been teaching university courses for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as leading professional development courses for more than 10 years. She co-founded the Transformational Mentorship for Women of Color Model (2019) and co-authored Liberationships: Critical Mentorship in Practice (2025). Long earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in college student services administration with an area of specialization in program development, and an Honors Bachelor of Psychology, both from Oregon State University. Additionally, Long hosts the Sustain Your Passion podcast and offers career development coaching for neurodivergent entrepreneurs. In her free time, Long enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, painting and walking her two dogs, Molly and Dunkin’.
