Biography
Rick Tupper joined Augustana in June 2003 as the senior director of campus life, overseeing both the department of campus safety and university housing office. In 2008, Tupper took on the full-time role of director of campus safety and, in 2018, was promoted to his role as the associate vice president of safety & logistics. Tupper is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and #201 Session, and prior to Augustana, he spent 20 years as a law enforcement officer.
