Biography
Dr. Steven Matzner is a professor in the Augustana Department of Biology. He graduated from Augustana College (University) as a biology major and went on to earn a master's degree and Ph.D. in ecology at the University of California, Davis. Matzner's research has centered on broad ecological and evolutionary question related to plant drought tolerance and acclimation of hydraulic traits in response to environmental change.
