Augustana University announced that its ninth annual Giving Day will take place on Friday, May 9 — a 24-hour fundraising event that encourages alumni, parents, staff, faculty, coaches, administrators and friends to go “All in for AU.”
An investment on Giving Day 2025 fuels Augustana’s momentum as it advances the goals of the university’s strategic plan, Viking Bold: The Journey to 2030, and fulfills its mission to provide an education of enduring worth. A gift to The Augustana Fund provides essential resources to support mission-critical priorities at the university. Thanks to the philanthropic support of our alumni and friends, Augustana is able to provide 100% of its students with financial aid and/or scholarships.

Giving Day 2025 invites the Augustana community to go “All in” in support of the university's enduring commitments, with several featured initiatives, including:

- The Augustana Fund (giving to the greatest need)
- The Center for Western Studies (CWS)
- The De & Dave Knudson Center for Global Engagement (formerly the International Programs Office)

- Women in Philanthropy Impact Scholarships
This year, with help from the Augustana community of family and friends, AU strives to reach its goal of $500,000.
