We are taking our love of Augustana into the evening with an event just for you! Bring a friend and join us at the new Midco (Hockey) Arena for hot chocolate, treats and the perfect opportunity to learn about Augustana! While looking onto the ice, you’ll hear from current AU students, faculty and alumni. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about AU and meet potential classmates in a casual atmosphere.

Join us for Around the World to discover study abroad opportunities available with Augustana University! With one of the largest study abroad programs in the region, more than 50% of students experience international education through 600+ approved programs in destinations, such as the United Kingdom, Spain, Norway, Costa Rica, India and more. 🌍✈️

🍽️ Cultural Experience: Enjoy a taste of global cuisine and participate in hands-on activities that provide a glimpse into studying abroad with AU.

👩‍🏫 Meet Faculty and Students: Connect with professors who lead courses abroad and hear from students who share their own study abroad adventures.

🗣️ Support Session for Guests: Parents and guardians will have the opportunity to attend a session designed to help them support their students throughout the study abroad journey.

Exclusive Opportunity: Participants will be eligible to apply for a $2,000 study abroad stipend! In the event registration you can select to interview for this stipend. The stipend will be awarded based on a brief interview conducted at the conclusion of the event.

Stipend Eligibility Requirements

✅ You must attend the event in person. If you can't attend, contact your admission counselor to discuss eligibility options.

🕒 Interviews will take place on campus during the event with limited time slots available.

🎓 You must be admitted to Augustana by Monday, Feb. 3, and enroll as a full-time, first-year student starting Fall Semester 2025. The stipend can be applied to any approved study abroad program during your undergraduate studies at AU.
