STEM Scholars Program

STEM Scholars Program at AU

The Augustana University STEM Scholars Program is designed to empower students as they pursue science, technology, engineering and mathematics majors and careers. First offered in 2023, the STEM Scholars Program was made possible through a $30,000+ Project Innovation Grant (PIG) from the South Dakota Space Grant Consortium (SDSGC), established by NASA in 1991.

The Augustana STEM Scholars Program provides a diverse group of students with a strong foundation for their academic and professional success — encouraging students to get a head start on their STEM-related education. The program is available to a limited number of students at no cost.
