Art Galleries and Exhibits
In addition to studios for printmaking, sculpture, painting, ceramics, drawing and graphic design, our newly constructed Center for Visual Arts houses:
- The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery and Carl Grupp Permanent Collection — Space for showcasing an average of nine exhibits per year and housing Augustana’s permanent art collection.
- The Hovland Center for Liturgical Arts — A repository of information regarding the liturgical art of our region
- Dedicated space for displaying student work in a range of mediums. You can also view samples of student work in the online student gallery.
Additional exhibition spaces on campus include The Center for Western Studies Art Gallery, which preserves and interprets the history and cultures of the Northern Plains, and also has rotating exhibits of regional artists.
