The building will be closed for Easter Break from Thursday April 17 at 5pm to Monday April 21 at 8pm
This spring we will trialing a new fitness class called Pound Fitness! There will be three dates where you can try out this awesome new class:
- Monday April 14th at 5pm in the Back Alley
- Thursday April 24th at 7:30pm in the Multipurpose Room
So come and try out this great workout that includes both cardio and strength training. It works the entire body and is easy as just following the beat! Click here for an example video of what Pound Fitness is. Can't wait to see you there!
Starting Monday April 21 at 8pm, there will be revised building hours. This includes:
- The building closing each evening at 10pm
- The Pool is closed Monday-Friday from 11pm-3pm
- The Weight Room closes Friday and Saturday nights at 7pm
The Recreational Services programs offer vigorous, fun-filled, health-promoting, physical activity conducive to wellness and personal development.The campus recreational program provides the entire college community with the obvious benefits of physical fitness, but also new and lifelong friends, self-satisfaction and enjoyment, lifelong leisure time skills, and social and ethical qualities. Both formal and informal activities encompass team sports, individual and dual sports, competitive and noncompetitive activities, and a variety of fitness programs.
