The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery at Augustana University opens “The Augustana Senior Show,” on view through Saturday, May 20. As part of the Augustana Senior Show, a wide variety of works, including ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, painting, drawing, digital photography and graphic design are on exhibit.

Rick Tupper Named 2023 Augie Pride Award Winner
Augustana Associate Vice President of Campus Safety & Logistics Rick Tupper has been named the 2023 Augie Pride Award winner — given to those who go above and beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional service to the university and nominated by other AU employees. He was surprised with the award on Friday, April 21, by Augustana President Stephanie Herseth Sandlin and a host of other colleagues.

Augustana University will host the 15th Annual Lighting the Way Autism Conference at Memorial Middle School in Sioux Falls on Wednesday, June 7, and Thursday, June 8. Free and open to the public, the Lighting the Way Autism Walk will take place at the Augustana Morrison Commons on Saturday, June 10, from 10 a.m. - noon.
Augustana University Finds Way to Offset Carbon Emissions From January Study Abroad
Augustana has made its January Interim (J-Term) study-abroad travel carbon neutral for the first time in university history. Thanks to the support of anonymous donors, AU donated $10,000 to the Bio-Itzá Association as a way to offset its carbon footprint for January 2023.
