Art scholars must assist in the Eide/Dalrymple Gallery for 16 hours each semester. Assigned duties may include assisting to hang and take down Gallery exhibits, monitoring the Gallery during open hours, assisting with Gallery receptions, working on preservation, framing and cataloguing of the permanent collection.

By accepting your Pro Artis Scholarship, you are agreeing to the following:

1. I will assist in the Eide/Dalrymple Gallery for 15 hours each semester or work as an art studio assistant.

2. I understand that assigned duties may include assisting to hang and take down Gallery exhibits, monitoring the Gallery during open hours, assisting with Gallery receptions, working on preservation, framing and cataloging of the permanent collection and assisting studio artists.

3. I understand that award renewal is contingent upon my performance in the department.
