Biography 

Dr. Diogo Seixas is a dreamer, thinker, learner, writer and educator who thrives on unraveling the complexities of life. He began his career with an engineering degree but discovered his true passion for leadership development while studying abroad in the United States. Upon returning to Brazil, Seixas dedicated himself to working closely with college students, evolving into a speaker, trainer and entrepreneur. From 2016-20, his efforts contributed to the development of more than 4,000 individuals across Brazil and the U.S.

 

In 2020, Seixas authored a self-development book based on a course he designed, which was self-published on Amazon and has sold more than 400 copies worldwide. His second book, a collection of stories and reflections on life in the 30s, is set for publication in 2024.

 

In academia, Seixas’ research primarily focuses on individual differences, leadership and organizational career cultures. His recent study on personality and the romance of leadership earned recognition as the best conference paper at the Midwest Academy of Management. His dissertation delves into organizational career culture, particularly exploring individual differences within distinct culture types.
